I painted this scene for an exhibit on neighborhoods. It came from a photo my friend sent me of a crumbling city scene. I love restoring old buildings even if it’s on the canvas. Bringing them back to life is really thrilling. There’s so much detail and creativity in older architecture. It’s worth saving.
