Hello Friends and Art Enthusiasts!
Today is the day. My new website, my new blog! Wow. Well, technically it’s still under construction, but I guess that can be part of the process. My name is Deb Bretton Robinson. I’m a visual artist of contemporary landscapes but I do some collage, and some other things with different media (like water color, sculpture, illustration drawing, etc.) I am a former elementary art teacher from MA and MD. Now I am preoccupied with my mom, who I care for in my home. Some subtle changes: I rarely get to paint in the studio anymore, just the living room for now. I do try to attend every open studio at Western Ave Studios though in #415. My days are broken up with caregiver and nurse visits for mom and taking care of her needs. But somehow you still get a lot of art in there too. This website design is taking up most of my free time for now, though. It is a huge learning curve, but when its finished, I will have a fully functioning site selling original paintings and prints. Stay tuned for the updates on this artistic journey!
